Any ideas on the following errors, NT4/Exchange5.5/Proxy Svr2 - No visible problems but something must be wrong. What area should I be looking in?

Error: Could not read C:\WINNT\system32\inetsrv\iisadmin\iiaccess.asp

Error: Could not read C:\WINNT\system32\inetsrv\iisadmin\iiamap.asp

Error: Could not read C:\WINNT\system32\inetsrv\iisadmin\iibkup.asp

The errors are from our Sophos sweep log and out of the blue this list of errors were recorded the other day. My knowledge is a bit thin on the ground, so was wondering if anyone could point me in some way towards the reason for the errors.
