errors in event viewer

I am contantly getting the following errors on my sms 2003 server, but everything seems to be working correctly. It is quite annoying after awhile.

event ID 107:
Category: Management
report server windows service (mssqlserver) cannot connect to the report server database

and

evnet ID 117:
Category: Startup/Shutdown
The report server database is an invalid version.


Please help.
