Errors in Authentication in CMC

I just upgraded to BOE XI from CE10 and migrated all objects from CE10 to XI repository. Now when I go into Authentication in the CMC I get errors in the LDAP, windows AD, and WindowsNT tabs.
ERRORS are as follows:

LDAP - Unexpected error: Item SI_SSO_VENDOR was not found in the collection.

Windows AD - Unexpected error: Unable to get SI_KERBEROS_ENABLED property value

WindowsNT - Unexpected error: Unable to get SI_SSO_ENABLED property value

I installed SP1 and that did not fix the issue.

This was also a never before seen issue according to support. Has anyone encountered this error before?
