Errors and Warning 0/4

I'm having difficulty with the program not finishing a job. Each time it said incomplete job and gives me an errors and warning with a consequential number.

On top of this a job that starts out saying it will only take 42 mins turns into 7 hours.

Any ideas on what do do? Where to look for more informationin arc server to tell me where it's difficulty is. The activity log is little help.

Launch the Server admin tool and change the logging to DEBUG mode, then let the jobs run again.

Regardless you should still recieve what the issue is in the current activity or job logs.
