Error

When I open my file, appears a error like this:

What does this error mean? and How can I adjust this?

This isn't a good error. Back up your files before trying to fix it. First thing I would do is open Director (not your file, just director) and select the update files option and have it update your file, cross your fingers and hope if fixes it.
