Guys,

We are having an application that accesses livelink. There is a link called browse in this application. While clicking browse, it should show the different volumes in livelink to browse. But, we are getting the error message "No permission to impersonate user 'My name'". But the account that we use in the lapi code has full permission and can impersonate any user. When tried with a different account with same level of access in lapi, wedon't get this error. This error happens only for that particular account. Any ideas please.

Regards,
Bala

Can you provide some more code and clarify what you mean by "same level of access" do they have the same permissions on the structure or do they have some roles such as "System Administrator" ?

Greg,

There seems to be problem with the type of authentication. We are looking into it. If we get to know something interesting, will let you know.

Regards,
Bala
