Error 1

I have just installed Red Hat 7.1 Deluxe Workstation and when I rebooted my machine, my creen flickers a lot and I was finally able to log in. When I did, I get XIO: Fatal IO error 104 (Connection reset by peer) on X Server ":0.0"

and then I get

INIT: ID "x" respawning too fast: diabled for 5 minutes

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

you need to start linux in runlevel 3!
At the lilo prompt, type: linux 3
If you already are running Linux, got to virtual console #2 py pressing Ctrl-Alt-F2, then type: init 3
Then run Xconfigurator to configure our video and monitor.

How do I run the Xconfigurator?

I logged in a root and then I typed init 3 and it now is at the

[root@localhost /root]# prompt
