Error

Im getting an error that Displays:
You can't assign a value to this object
* The object may be a control on a read-only form
* The object may be on a form that is currently open in design view
* The value may be too large for the field

The error is display on 2 sub-forms that I have on a main form and I can't figure out why.. can someone help please
