Not to sure why I am getting this. The database is on a shared drive (Running XP) and the shared drive is wide open. The database opens, however, when I try to "import Batch from Spreadsheet" I recevie this error. What more, in any, info do you need to help me...?

sounds like a database permission error rather than a system permission error.

What kind of permissions do you have in the database?
