Error writing index to storage node - no matching devices

I get the following error, please help:

03/20/01 01:07:50 savegrp: cogbog:index failed.
03/20/01 01:08:01 nsrd: media notice: no matching devices; check storage nodes, devices or pools for save of client `NTS16.mydomain.co.uk'

cogbog is a UNIX server with a fibre connection to two dedicated tape drives (a storage node). All the volumes backup OK but the index fails. All my other backups (which use nsrserverhost and not this storage node are OK too.

The cogbog client in NetWorker is configured to backup to storage nodes as follows:
cogbog
nsrserverhost

NTS16.mydomain.co.uk is our NetWorker 6 server running NT4

Legato TechDialog suggests that it may be a problem to write indexes for a storage node directly to a storage node.

Any ideas?
