My guess: You're trying to use the OLE control "Forms.TextBox.1" which is part of Office Forms controls.
It's deprecated, it's not part of Office 2013 any more.
And there's nothing you can do to make something non existant work.
Maybe try Forms.TextBox.2 or Forms.TextBox without a version number.
In the same way as word.applicaiton.14 will only work with office 2010 and no earlier or later version a forms 2.0 textbox won't work with Forms.TextBox.
If you want the latest available version of something you use the ole control name without a version and then it might still be not installed or it might differ in it's members and functionaity.
