Error with Key, but its VALID! Help

Error loading that says I have an invalid CD key.

ANyone ever have this problem??? It loaded in fine, but after restarting, I tried to go into the program and it says My CD key is invalid.

I do have a valid key.

I am using XP PROFESSIONAL!
