Error with cachedir

Hi All,
When ever i try to run a report from erdPro it gives me an error saying 'unable to lock cachedir'. The report then runs but doesn't displays data.
On other machines where a don't get such an error the report runs fine!

Any one has any idea why this is happening??
Please suggest a resolution also!
