Error while using parameter in web reporting

I need help on this one !

The problem is that I'm able to run reports via web with the link1 :

http://localhost/myreports/report1.rpt

But when I want to modify the selection as in the link2 :

http://localhost/myreports/report1.rpt?sf=­{table.column}+=+'VALUE'

I got this message :
"Error in file : Operation not yet implemented. [On Page Server: Myserver]"

And after I got this message, I was stuck with it even if I'm trying the link1 (which should normaly work).

Any idea ?

does the selection formula work in the designer?
check your actual selection formula
it looks wrong as there there is no equal sign use = instead of %3d

The formula works well in the designer ( with a '='). the %3d is suggested in the user guide to replace the '=' in the browser's address bar
