Error while using bcp

i'm new for Sybase. Please help me...

While I used bcp, i met an error message.
command which i wrote and error message are as following.

bcp telematics..testcsv in "C\sybase\test.txt" -t"," -Ucartel -STestServer -Pxhdtls -b1

"Not found procedure starting point srv__recvclient in DLL libsrv.dll"

Anyone who know, help me..

::| database+table in folder\file -c = character data -b1000 = batchsize is 1000 -S = server -U = user -P = password -t = field terminator which is the comma
