Error while trying to channel that has scyexit implemented

I applied the security channel exit. Attempt to start the channel returns the following error:

AMQ6175: The system could not dynamically load the library
/var/mqm/exits//test.sl. The error message was Not enough space. The queue manager will continue without this module.

The solution I found on the IBM site is increasing the swapspace. I started another queue manager on the same system and applied channel exit. Start and stop of the channel works fine. Wonder why it does not work for the first queue manager.

Any help is appreciated.
