Error while sync my BB

My user lost the ability to sync his BB with a cable (E.g., for contact).

Did sync for a long time now...



When he run intelisync it finish normally however the log file say this for every attempt to sync any of the items:


"Internal Error #4198.
Translation Canceled!"


I need help.

Un-check all the items listed when you open Configure PIM in Intellisync and close the BlackBerry Desktop Manager completely.

Launch it again, check them all again and then re-sync your BlackBerry.

This will completely re-sync the handheld and can take some time.

This takes care of about 90% of the 4198 errors out there.
