Error while printing report

I use Crystal Reports 8.5 AND Report Designer Component. When I design my report I never ran across this problem. But in production conditions strange error occurs 2-3 times a day.
When previewing report the following error happens:"Error in File UNKNOWN.RPT:
Access to report file denied. Another program may be using it."
Since I can't reproduce it I can't fix it and that's terrible

Does anyone know that is the cause of the issue ?

I had the same problem and this fix it i was using ver 8.5 but this is for version 7 and it works for 8.5

Thanks for solution but I don't use ASP. I have standalone application. And the problem is that application which uses Crystal Reporting is started the whole day and works fine. But again ... 2-3 times a day such an weird error ...
