Error while opening a remote cube??

Hi,
When I try to open a cube in enterprise server,its giving me an error like
" The cube was not able to open successfully.
Cannot Initialize Server to access Powercube".
When I try to access remotely thru enterprise server, I can't access it.I can access it if I open it as a local cube.

Any ideas or solutions are welcome.

in PPES admin ,is the cube allowed to be opened in Windows ??

Open PPES admin , open the cube properties , in the setting tab, you have "Access Privileges" , what is the value there ?? If it s Web only , then you can not use it in Windows mode. If it s so , then change the value to be "Windows and Web" , to be able to access it from both environment.

All those are defined properly.
Can anybody tell me the exact procedure to open a remote cube created in Analyst in PowerPlay?
Any ideas and solutions are welcome.
