Error while loading MDAC 2.1

When loading MS MDAC Vr 2.1 I ran into this error while the system was trying to update files.

Error executing Action
CONFIGDRIVER: Unable to configure ODBC driver Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb): Could not load the setup or translator library.

Error while configuring ODBC drivers!
ODBC's SQLConfigDriver failed for driver Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)

I am running W-Nt WS4.0 sp 5 on a P3. What could be the reason? Could someone help me out

Ok. Got this to work by loading the Vr 2.5 SP1 of MDAC.
