Error while invoking on OutOfProcess COM process

Hi,
Currently we have changed our network to VPN. Since then
all my call of "CreateInstence" for any outofprocess server(.exe) are failing with the return code of E_ACCESSDENIED. My invocations for the inProcessServer(dll) works fine.
I am part of the administration group on my machine and server and client both are running on the same machine.

Any ideas?
