Error While Importing user-created Reports

I was trying to import user created reports in SCCS 4.0 on different machines. It works fine on some of them, however it gives the following error when I try to inmport using the destination file from "C:\Program Files\Nortel Networks\Symposium Call Center Server\Client\en\rpt" on some pc's.:
"The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index,primary key."

Also one more thing I noticed that on that pc, the user was not able to duplicate the standard reports and it gives the same error.

Can anyone tell me a solution to this.

Hello,

you should begin checking the database NICRPT.MDB
on the PC, in Client\en\data.
Warning, opening with Ms Access, do not convert it, only vaidate. Make a backup before opening it, if it's first time
Any error accessing it, or opening the 'report' table ?

This error could be linked to the new report name, which would be duplicate. That's nearly the only primary key i know in this table.
