Error while exporting to Excel - 'The request cannot be submitted ..."

I have a strange problem in one of the reports - After a report is seen in Crystal Viewer ( Active X Viewer ) I try to export it to excel it fails.
The error is 'The request cannot be submitted for background processing'[On Cache/Page Server : pageservername]

It can be exported to any other files like Adobe...

This report is run on demand

Make sure that your Export DLLs are current for CE-10.

There are DB access and Export updates on the BO/Crystal support site.
