Error while dialing from sip phone

Hi,

3300 Mxe; MCD 4 (10.0.0.10_2)
First phone is a SIP phone (Ferntel)
Second phone is minet (5340).
The sip phone is registered and can be called from the 5340.

The issue is about the sip phone which can't call ! (error while dialing on sip screen)

First I looked for a dialing plan in the sip phone (as some do) but nothing here.

I've declared a 3CX sip server and declared the 5340 as a sip user and my Ferntel sip phone. It worked out directly...some my problem seems to be with ICP.

I've wiresharked the sip protocol and have noticed that an ACK was send from ferntel phone but no answer....

Any idea ?

Very first thing I would do is look for upgraded firmware for the Ferntel Sip phone.
I had a Polycom Sip phone that was happily running on Asterisk and it would NOT work on our 3300.
Without changing any parameters on the phone, I upgraded the firmware.
Voila mon frere.
Failing that, perhaps ask Ferntel?

This set hasn't been mitel certified so tracing won't help me at this time...
