I am trying to utilize a url based schema to access an XML file. However the schema file utilizes INCLUDE statements that Crystal Reports XI does not seem to be able to resolve. All I get is an error indicating that the XML is not well formed. Is this simply a limitation in Crystal or is there something I can do to enable Crystal to utilize this schema? URL of schema ==>

Doh! One just expects you to know. Just kidding of course. I'm using Crysal Reports XI - Developer version 11.0.0.895.
However I don't think it's an issue if the particular XML format but whether Crystal Reports fully implements all of the features of an XSD file.
The following publication includes the following:
"XSD files are models for describing and validating the structure of an XML environment. XSD files point to data sources. Crystal Reports can connect to these files natively."
I have downloaded the native driver (although it should not have been necessary with CR XI) and pointed Crystal to an XSD file that is exposed to the public. Crystal Reports appears unable to deal with the fact that the XSD file contains an INCLUDE statement. To eliminate any chance that it was a security issue I also download the entire set of XSD files to my workstation. No change in the behavior. Since the documentaion states that CR can utilize XSD files my only recourse at this time is to merge all of the include files into a single XSD and see if it works. That will prove that it is simply a feature that Crystal cannot currently take advantage of.
I may simply post the same question to the folks at Business Objects.
