Error when using unbound look up

I have a lookup based on a employee table. It pulls up the name of the employee and then i use that name for some actions. What i have been getting is not an error message, but on several employees when i select their name it switches to another name.

Has anyone had any trouble like this? Suggestions?

You may find is not switching to another name but the name from the first record from the source table/query. This occurs if it cannot find the name you have selected. Use either a list box, Combo box or wild card searches instead.
