I'm trying to use some FoxPro DBFs in Crystal 10 as the data source. When the wizard gets to the link page it at first does not even show any tables. Then moving on to the next page (with a warning about no joins) and returning to the previous link page it shows the two tables, but no fields.

1. What is the best way to identify to Crystal 10 that we are using FoxPro tables? (the index files are CDXs)
2. Any idea what would cause this error?

Thanks,
Don

How are you connecting? Via ODBC or directly to the .dbf file?

What version of Fox?

Set up an ODBC connection and it should be fine, if they're old Fox files then you might even use a dbase driver.

I think that CDX's were for later versions though.
