Error when using COM and Oracle

Hi,
When i want to use COM + Component with oracle 8.1.7 database i have an error "-2147168246, "La nouvelle transaction ne peut pas s'inscrire dans le coordinateur de transactions spécifié"" when i try to open a connection. I use Oracle Ole Db provider.
I work on an 2000 Advanced Server (french)
Can anyone help me ?
