Error when trying to open a Universe

Hello there,
I don't know if I'm in the right forum but I'm having an error when I try to open an universe. The error says: "Universe connection is not accessible". Then, another dialog shows up saying "The server is not responding. (UNV0018)". I already try doing what the "Errors51EN.pdf" file says but it hasn't solved my problem.
I'm tryng to open the universes and documents that I downloaded from "production" to modify them at "develpment".
