Error when trying to create a new database

I get the following error when I try to create a new database:
"Item has already been added. Key in dictionary:"w:\" key being added "w:\".

The database doesn't get created.
I've tried using different users (with admin rights) but to no avail.
Any idea anyone?

I haven't seen that when creating a new database, but have a look at these:

At what exact point do you get the error?
