hi,
We have an installation of wintess qm 7.7 (the avaya boundle).
after login into the main QM screen we try to access the evaluation part of the system and we get the follwoing error:"an internal business logic error has occurred. please contact your system administrator. ERR-10410"
both administration and search and replay features work good.
anybody has an idea?
