Hello,

Can anyone tell me why the following message is appearing, even although all the field types seem to be set up correctly and mapped via frontpage:

Cannot update the database
Error Description: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Invalid string or buffer length

Error Number: -2147467259

Error Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers

Thanks. Paul

Two things that you can check right off - Is the field that you trying to update a required field, and you're not sending any data to that field, or is the data too long for the field in question? Good Luck
