Error when starting Tomcat 3 on Win 98

I installed Tomcat 3 version on Windows98. When i start the server its giving error "Out of environment space".How to rectify the error? .I went throught the documentation and found that Tomcat will work on Windows 98.

Right-click on startup.bat, select Properties|Memory and change Initial Environment entry from Auto to 2816. Do the same for shutdown.bat.

If that's your only problem I'm infinitely jealous!!! (See other Tomcat thread)
