Error when starting BCM 450 R6 after an upgrade

Hello, I' have an issue when upgrading a BCM 450 with R6.

This was originally a BCM 400 R4 then I change the hardware and make an upgrade to BCM450 R6.
But I'm having a lot of issues. The Technical support team told me that I have a corrupt HD, but with or without the HD I have the following error:
* The two leds are always in orange Nortel and Power.

I2C: ready
DRAM: Initializing
DDR: 512 MB
POST: running... POST memory PASSED
L2 cache 512KB: enabled
RTC Clock needs to be set!!!
Error: start and/or end address not on sector boundary

And it just go on and on and I can't make it work.

PLEASE anyone help me addressing this issue.
