Error when running Packaging Wizard

I've got the XP Office Developer package and was using the packing wizard when I the following error:

"The packaging wizard cannot find one or more of the required Access components in the lanuage you selected.

Select Create New to create a new set of Access components in this langauge from an Office CD 1 image. Select Browse to find an existing copy in another location."

So I throw in my CD and it apartently isn't there. So I try the compoents CD with the same results. Is there anywhere to download this thing? Or is there something i'm just not getting.
