Error when Running Crystal Reports from PeopleSoft

Hi

I have installed on my machine(client) Seagate Crystal Report Version 8 and my PeopleSoft application

I'm getting the following errors when I'm trying to run a report.

1. ODBC Error: Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error.
2. Server has not yet opened.

Has anybody got a clue how to go about fixing the problem.
