ERROR WHEN REPLYING MAIL WITH MS OUTLOOK

Hello everybody;
some of my users are receiving the following error when they reply to an e-mail:

"No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient."

I think this has to be an outlook problem since the reply does not make it to the mail server I'm using mercury mail to manage my POP and SMTP.

Nope, it's a mail server problem. My dad gets that error every couple of weeks or so. Despite the error, it later delivers without having to re-send. Newposter
