Error when printing from IE 6 SP1 1

One of our staff recieves this error when printing a page from our company Intranet:

Internet Explorer script error
Line: 93
Char: 1
Error: Access Denied
URL: res://c:\windows\system\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

The only close thing I can find is this MS article:

I tried to reinstall the printers and gave her Administrator access on the PC. It worked for a time, then reverted back to the error. It is a W2k PC.

Any other ideas? Thanks!
