Error when printing customized reports in Sage 300 ERP 6.1

Hi All,

Accpac was working fine in my client with windows 7, but we have upgraded to Windows 10. Now when I log in I can do any transactions but I cannot print any customized report. Whenever I click on that report I get Error: Desktop has stopped working and the accpac is closed.

Is there anything need to be done to enable the print of Customized report?

Your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks tuba, I did re-run the workstation setup, let me register a4wcrinterop.dll, could you direct me please how do I do it?

Hi All,

Now I am trying to enter transactions but when trying to search the system it kind stuck whenever I search or use F5 it does not agree neither when I search Vendors or GL Account even Customers. I am using Windows 10 in my Client, could that be the reasons, if yes is there anything I required to do!? Thanks for your help.

It sounds like you want to try un-installing Sage and re-installing it. Something in your environment is wrong so starting with a clean slate might be a good idea.
 
Thank you guys for your help I had to downgrade from Windows 10 back to Windows 7.
