Error when printing a report from the web

Hi

I have tried to find a solution to this error but as yet i'm stumped, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The error occurs when i select print (viewer being used is dhtml, although changing this makes no difference) it states: An error occured on the server, Printing will be stopped.

I'm running win2003 and Enterprise 10 with the latest patches.

do you have a printer installed on the server?

A printer is install yes.

From what i've seen on google and BO's support site, the issue appears to have something to do with server2003 or IIS6, although as yet i can't find out what specifically.

it is sometimes difficult being on the cutting edge of o/s ! I will keep poking around but we use win 2000...

Well after 3 hours on the phone to BO they said the problem was to do with our firewall (ISA Server), however they could not prove that fact and couldn't provide any solution. I have got them to escalate the issue and hope to hear back soon.
