error when previewing the reports

Hii All, I really need help in this problem. When I try to preview more than 20 reports, I get this error: Error in File UNKNOWN.RPT:
Access to report file denied. Another program may be using it.

Has anyone have the solution to alter this error, so that I can show as many reports as I want? I really appreciate every help...

Try posting technical information about your environment.

You may be experiencing a license limitation, hard to say though, you need to at least state your Crystal version.

What program are you using to preview the reports?
