Error when posting Order Entry

Hi all,

I have an error when posting Order Entry.
I use ACCPAC 5.5A with Order Entry (Product Update 2).

The case is :
I always have an error when posting Order Entry on 2 customers.
But if i use other customers, the posting is completed.
The document number for order entry is AUTO NUMBER.

The error message is :
Order. Record already exists.

but when i check the order entry number, there is no duplicate.

What should i do ?

Go to OE Setup and change the next Order Number.
