We are having an issue, unable to run reports with the error "A Not on File Payment Type Was Found" showing. I knew which invoice this was and this sales order has been deleted. Went ahead and tried to run reports again and I am still getting the error. How do I fix this as I am needing the invoices posted. Thanks!

Has the invoice been posted or is still in data entry? Can I ask why you have not created the payment type that is missing?
