Error when opening OE entry and PO entry screen

Sorry, my bad not finish typing my description.

This is the 2nd time I have seen in v2016 upgrade. Sage 300 v2016 PU1. I did a fresh database load and can't open OE entry or PO entry screen. But my sample company has no problem.

OEORDH OEORDD have no records.

Any pointer to fix this?

Load your data again. Something is wrong.... that error normally indicates that program files are missing. I'm going to assume that your data load was not successful.

Thanks. I needed to add Sage payment in my install, since OE and PO screens now have the "Preauthorized" button to link to Sage payment.

Sample company does not have it in the data. But the client's data has it.
