Error when mksysb estored on anther node

Hi guys !!!!
I have restored an mksysb made on a box to another one, so I boot with the CD1 and make an installation from Tape. After the installation, the system reboot and I got this message :
IOException: Java.net SocketException : The Type of socket is not supported in this protocol family
Any Idea ???

are there nay errors in error report errpt -a |pg
run lppchk -v ( are there any errors reported )
becuase if machines are different architecture , the one you restored the mksysb onot could be missing some drivers / filesets.

what was running on the other server did you have any protocol specifics .

are all the tcpip daemons runniing ( lssrc -s tcpip )
tryt stopping and starting tcpip subsystem from your console see if any errors are shown .

I have done cloning sevral times with NFS I did not have problems.

First of all shutdown system with shutdown -m
Now say bosboot -a -d hdisk0.

This will re create boot block.
But error shows it has problem with rc.tcpip deamons.
Here is what I would do .
Take mksysb once again from same server and see that
no errors are seen,
Later place latest CD1 in CDROM nad boot system from cd
and restore from mksysb tape Through SMS menus.
Not after system boots.

I did migration with applications I did not get any problems .
