Error when launching Word

Action: Launch Word

Error: Can't load library!
The only option is to click "OK"

At this point Word Opens and the Error window disapears.

This is not a major problem but is a pain in the butt. I get this error on every atempt to open Word.

Any one has a clue would be greatfull!
