Error, when installing Remote agent Via CMD line

Morning all!!

Hoping someone can help.
I have been using the notes from the Manual to do this.

But Servers are 2003.
The Media server does have the Lic installed for Remote agent, as I have purchased this for this reason.

I have tried a Manual install, but the media server wont connect to it.. Says not installed.

I have tried to install using the remote install wizard, but I get the same error.

Both servers are on the same Domain.
But they are in different subnets, but I can ping from both.

So now I am trying the CMD Line I have seen on forums that this is the only way alot of people can get it too work.
But I have an error saying there is a paramater missing????

From the server that is not accepting the push, Can you try browsing to the media server and install the client from the share ? If this works great if not, tried turning off the firewall or any AV / security software that may be blocking it ?

to install at the command prompt don't run setup.exe but run setupaa.cmd
