Error when initiating name change

Trying to initiate a name change for particular user. In adminp, it errors... "The signature on the certificate was found to be invalid. Check the log file for details." The id has been recertified and still getting the error. I checked log.nsf and several users from this OU are getting the error. Any thoughts?
