Error when importing in AR , invoices and credit notes

Hi,

l'm running 55A will latest service packs

l get the below error message.

Description: System error. Write down the message, error and source codes. Exit Sage Accpac ERP and Windows. Restart and retry the operation. For more information, see Appendix A in the System Manager User Guide.
Code: 3.3820.0
Source: 14:54:47 - SvrView: AR0032

l have tried creating a new template and populating the columns but no luck.
l have also tried making sure that the columns don't contain formulas but no luck.

Your assistance will be much appreciated.

Keep trying, your template isn't formatted correctly. Formulas are OK. Export an existing batch and study the differences.
