Error when generating virtusertable database.

Hi,
I'm having this error msg "Error when generating virtusertable database." every time I tried to save, delete or create anything, have already verify virtuser, virtuser.adress to see if there was any irregularity but everything look ok...

Anyone ever experienced this error ?
